Courtney meets with a professional truffle hunter in Istria, visits an award-winning olive oil producer Terra Rosa, and learns about hemp production in Virovitica.

Israel, a country that is a leader in agricultural technology. Courtney visits a unique rooftop farm in Tel Aviv, explores a research facility that cultivates crops in the Ramat Negev desert, and spotlights two agro-tech companies.
