A nightclub host returns from overseas with a viral infection, leading to an outbreak of a new disease that soon becomes known as the Kabukicho virus.

Amid the ongoing pandemic, Not Alone disbands and Mai disappears. Yoko and the others spring into action when the floor at a nightclub collapses.
