1982-12-27KONG is an upright and idealistic young man. He joins the police after he graduated from the university with the hope to serve society. KAY is working concurrently at the police station as a clerical staff. Her good performance wins her the chance of receiving proper training at the police training school, and further the admiration of KONG. Most of the students are dissatisfied with the very disciplinary and harsh training enforced by Instructor LAU at the school. However, no one but KONG dares to stand up to speak against him.
