Tew transfers his job back to his home town to care for his sick mother. However, when he arrives he discovers a suspicious occurrence of deaths among terminally ill patients.

Rin reveals the cause of death of the recent murder victim. Tew investigates who would have access to the medications used in the crime.

With suspicions growing of the medical staff's involvement in the murders, Tew joins Kan on one of his medical visits.

Somsak is found dead in what appears to be a case of suicide, casting Kan into a concerning position yet again as he was the last person to see him prior to his death.

Boss is forced to confess his relationship with Somsak when he is called for questioning by the police. Tew and On take care of a suffering patient, Urai, who is exploring her legal options to not receive any more life saving medical treatment.

On's safety is at risk as Boss makes his next move. Tew stays at Kan's house as the two grow closer together.

Boss and Kan end up as patients in the hospital following their confrontation.
