Mouse Fitzgerald looks for a job driving a taxi jet. His first job is to pick up a rectangular business man , but he gets side tracked and makes a porno. There is also a bank robbery.

Mouse meets the magical Golden Joe. With the money The Eye gave him, they go buy a tank. Skillet explodes.

Fitz starts to have flashbacks about his past, when he had a wife and a kid. He also meets Rooster, who lives in a corndog field. Meanwhile, Shark begins to scheme something . Skillet is kidnapped and tortured.

Shark sends Spider Boy to spy on Mouse so he can know what he does.

Shark and Rectangular Business Man start to unravel their plot. Meanwhile, Mouse and Skillet are in a gun fight with someone they don't even know.

Mouse travels to the corn dog field and takes Rooster, Golden Joe, and Peanut Cop captive, and has another flashback of when he had a wife and kid.

Shark throws a party. Mouse learns about it. He and Skillet ride a rocket-powered skateboard to it from the corn dog field. The eye dies.

As Shark's party comes to a close, and as Mouse's flashbacks begin to get scary, Roostre, Golden Joe and Peanut Cop break out of Mouse's jet, and begin to explore. But Roostre's getting to close to "restarting"...

While Shark and the Rectangular Business Man think Liquor is dead, Mouse, Skillet, and the New Guy bring the Eye to Liquor's store to get him a new leg. But before that, Liquor must reveal to them...the twin eyeballs.

The Eye's surgery was a success, and he joins his twin in tap-dancing. Liquor manages to trap the hand attacking the Cop and Golden Joe in a jar. Meanwhile, the Spider brings Roostre to a cave in the desert and plays on the piano "Booger Haze", summoning thousands of musical notes that attack Mouse and Skillet. Eventually they find protection in Roostre's secret ammo hold.

Mouse and Skillet escape Roostre's ammo dump with the corn dog rocket and all the guns. Meanwhile, Shark's car won't start and Rectangular Business Man wants a golden dimond-encrusted harmonica.

Spider lets Roostre out of the webbing to play his guitar, and Shark manages to start his car. Meanwhile, Dr. Skillet manages to rebuild the Annoying Girl into the terminator. And when Roostre learns that all his guns are gone, he sends out the CornBot...

Fitz and Skillet are taking cover in a tall building, while Shark and Rectangular Business Man talk about their actual forms. Meanwhile, Roostre and Spider take to the sewers for the CornDroid and Peanut Fireman loves his new job.

The Hand, still trying to get to Roostre, takes control of the Talent Scout and uses his body to get to Fitz, Skillet, and Liquor. But they will need more meat to sleep for one more day...

Fitz has weird dreams where Roostre is trying to tell him something. Meanwhile, Pronto summons a demon...

Mouse fades back into the real world and realizes it has been reset, and that as 2:23 reaches, Mouse, Peanut, and Golden Joe realize that everything is gonna be okay.

Picking up from INVICTUS episode, Mouse finds himself without memory and in a new world called Lotharganin where he meets Aria and Professor Wilx; two top scientists from the Outer Earth who worked with Shyd Industries.

While Shark is being reconstructed into an abomination of Square and himself, Golden Joe and Peanut try to figure a way out of their jail cell.

A Schooner breaks through the defenses of Lotharganin and all clues point to Professor Wilx and his underlying connection to Shyd Industries.

Eyeball reunites with Mouse on Lotharganin. Manwoman, in the Outer Earth, is interrogated by Peanut Cop because she has the Box of Worlds in her possession created by Shyd Industries.

Rooster escapes Spider from the World of Muck and finds himself in a desert with a well-armed Kid camping out. Peanut Cop and Golden Joe break out of prison on jet skis; Aria realizes that Professor Wilx is working for Shyd Industries.

Sirus, the Architect for the Box of Worlds, breaks ranks with Clock. Aria and Eyeball use a serum to kickstart Mouse's memory and he remembers working with them and helping to create the Box of Worlds.

Mouse realizes the Box of Worlds has been stolen is now unstable just as Peanut Cop and Golden Joe come to their rescue. Rooster meets with Sirus and formulate a plan to take down Shyd Industries. Wilx has found his way into Outer Earth.

Industry Man interrogates Rooster on the location of the missing Box of Worlds. Peanut Cop dies while freeing Mouse, Aria and Eyeball from the laser cage. Meanwhile, the Castellica gets its orders from Melissa to save Mouse.

As the Castellica saves Mouse and team, Rooster escapes the clutches of Industry Man.

In this season finale, Industry Man and his Clock persona are destroyed but who really holds the key to the powerful Box of Worlds?
