Biography

Pavel Pechenkin is a Russian director, producer, teacher, creator of the New Course film studio and the Perm Cinematheque project, president of the Flahertiana International Film Festival. Member of the Board of the Union of Cinematographers and the Guild of Non-Fiction Films and Television, Chairman of the Association of Film Festivals.
