Harase Kyoko and her fiancé Masashi are driving home one night. Kyoko is an actress, notoriously dubbed as the "Horror Queen" by the mainstream media. She is pregnant with the couple's child. On the road, they hit something, a cat. After Masashi is done inspecting it, Kyoko sees a small pale child reaching for the cat's body. On resuming driving, she notices that the same pale child is under the steering wheel and attempting and succeeding in driving the couple to harm. When Kyoko regains consciousness after the crash, she notices that she is bleeding from her womb...Set within two years after the first film and between two countries. Karen's sister, Audrey, been affected by the supernatural curse, and trying to find the origin of it in order to find a way to free herself.
