Following up the previous Nightmare film, dream demon Freddy Krueger is resurrected from his apparent demise, and rapidly tracks down and kills the remainder of the Elm Street kids. However, Kristen (who can draw others into her dreams) wills her special ability to her friend Alice. Alice soon realizes that Freddy is taking advantage of that unknown power to pull a new group of children into his foul domain. |

| Oh God I love this movie! The only reason I didn't rate this one 10 is because I'm trying to be objective, and it's pretty hard for me to be objective when it comes to The Dream Master. I love it for so many reasons. First of all, let's say there are two kinds of slasher movies: backwoods and campground (Just Before Dawn, Friday the 13th) and high school murders (Halloween, Slumber Party Massacre). I love both, but when it comes to the high school category, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4 is one of my favorites! It's so creative and original. It brought fresh air to the series. Maybe the fact it's the first Freddy movie I watched helps a bit but, anyway, I recommend it to every horror fan who really wants to have fun! Enjoy! |
